The various interviewers involved in the recruitment process use traditional resume questions, a mini case study based on your experience and/or behavioural questions to investigate your past experience and gain an understanding of your interest in effiScience HealthCare. The behavioural questions involve asking you to describe your actions in a past experience in the context of a critical skill.


effiScience HealthCare hire Senior Associates and Principals with a wide variety of prior industry and/or consulting experiences. Having already obtained a solid undergraduate degree, completed with strong professional experience, and/or a top tier MBA, they seek to significantly accelerate their professional learning curve.

Project management professionals join effiScience HealthCare as Engagement Directors, taking responsibility for tackling the most complex problems our clients face, rolling out our methodology by dissecting appropriate process drivers and gathering operational constraints in order to adapt our scientific rules accordingly.

Analysts generally join effiScience HealthCare directly from university with a strong scientific degree. Analysts are a diverse group of highly qualified people with extremely broad backgrounds.
